Tim Filer

Tim joined the Degnon team over 10 years ago as a junior developer and has grown with the organization through various IT roles until accepting the role of Director of Information Technology in February 2022. Working closely with client teams has given him insight into the needs and unique challenges facing associations use of technology resources. A lifelong passion for learning drives Tim to seek new and exciting – but also pragmatic – solutions that deliver meaningful use to help client organizations achieve their strategic goals while maximizing technology investments.

Tim studied at Middle Tennessee State University where he earned his B.B.A in Information Systems. In his free time, Tim enjoys the outdoors, fishing, cooking, and tinkering with mechanical projects.
