Rebecca Morgan, MPA, APR

Rebecca Morgan joined Degnon with more than twenty years of association experience. She is a visionary leader and a results-oriented problem solver with exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills. As Executive Director for AAGP, she provides sound business acumen, proven decision making, and management skills to lead this value-driven organization. Most recently, she was Senior Director for Media Communications & Advocacy with NAFSA: Association of International Educators. There she directed the media relations department, federal constituent advocacy program, and worked with the leadership team to set the vision and strategic direction for the 10,000-member organization. Rebecca received her BA in Communications from George Mason University and her MPA from Webster University. She also holds an accreditation in Public Relations from PRSA.

At AAGP, Rebecca collaborates with AAGP Board of Directors to identify, create, and implement strategic plans to actualize organizational goals. She develops partnerships with organizational stakeholders, coalition partners, and other relevant parties to advance AAGP’s objectives and is extremely passionate about health care.
