For the past several years, Degnon Associates staff members have participated in a "Toys for Tots" initiative during Christmas. Each staff member draws the name of a fellow staff member, then purchases a toy that represents the personality trait or characteristic of the staff member whose name was chosen. All of the toys are delivered and donated to a local "Toys for Tots" drop off location. The "Toys for Tots" Program collects new, unwrapped toys and distributes those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children. The primary goal is to deliver a message of Joy and hope.
